Ten tips to help small businesses

Ten ways in which Businesses can ensure that their customer's return and remember them.  Wherever possible take time to look at your business from a customer's point of view. Basically put yourself in their shoes.
I have come to question where some companies list Customer Service on their agenda. It most certainly is not at the top of the list after my recent appalling experience at a well-known affluent shopping centre.
